Manuals and Software:

DCVG strive to be environmentally friendly to preserve the resources for future generations. We have taken the decision to stop printing manuals and providing software on DVDs.

There has been significant demand from customers in recent years for electronic manuals and downloadable software. For differing reasons:

-        Lost their manuals or DVDs

-        Do not have a DVD drive on their computer

-        Prefer an electronic copy of the manuals

-        It also serves an environmentally friendly policy for everybody

-        Saves money preventing price rises because there are materials and labour involved in printing manuals and burning DVDs
